Questions people ask before they sign
Does the price go up when it renews?
No. The yearly price you pay on day one is the yearly price on your third renewal. We don't run an introductory rate.
What happens after the [TRIAL LENGTH] trial?
You choose a plan, or you don't — no card is held, so nothing charges automatically. If you do pay and change your mind, the 30-day money-back guarantee still applies.
Can I move my existing site across?
Yes, and our engineers do it for free on any plan — files, databases, mailboxes and DNS, cut over outside your business hours.
Can I change plan later?
Any direction, any time, including up to a VPS or a dedicated server. You keep the same account and the same panel; we handle the move.
Where is my data actually stored?
In the facility you pick at signup — Sofia, Coventry, Chicago, Pori or Sydney. If you have a data-residency requirement under Rwandan law, tell us before you sign and we'll tell you plainly whether we can meet it.
